Advertising Your House for Sale
I am currently advertising my house for sale. I am trying it from a different angle and this way it is for free! I made a short 'walk round' video with my Nikon coolpixS5 digital camera and uploaded it to youtube. You will find this video if you visit youtube and search for 'house for sale Harwich'. I also made a blog which also advertises the house. In addition I have advertised the house on eBay (which was not free) for 28 days. You can leave out the eBay advertising if you wish. My point is that by linking the youTube video to your blog you should get lots of free traffic looking at the video and reading up on the blog. At the moment, I have linked the video to my ebay ad which in turn links back to the blog. When the eBay listing ends I will change the youtube link to point straight to the blog. I put the link just under the 'About this video' heading which can be found quite clearly just to the right of the video clip. This tip can also be applied to anything you want to sell, be it on eBay, Amazon and blog etc.
Just make a short simple video, put it on youtube with a link to wherever you are selling the item and sit back and watch the traffic.
